We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident related to your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service in ways that are unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

• Use Geora for illegal activity or regulatory evasion
• Upload deceptive, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with system integrity, performance, or availability
• Resell or redistribute the platform without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the content you upload and the outputs generated for your workspace, subject to applicable third-party rights and platform terms.

Geora retains all rights to the software, infrastructure, and proprietary methods used to deliver the service.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing, plan limits, and add-ons may change with notice.

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable commercial agreement or published billing policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
